CREATE AN ACCOUNT/LOGIN:
If you've logged into the app already, select signups at the bottom of the screen and select Camp Kerusso 2023
If you are using the app for the first time, follow the steps above in the Prep for Registration section.
If you're using a web browser instead follow the steps below
Enter your phone number (recommended) or email addresss. You will receive a code from GracePointe Church to get started. If you're a returning user, with the same contact information, your profile should pop up. Select YOUR profile to register (not your kids).
If this is your first time registering:
Enter YOUR first and last name to create an account. If it asks for your birthday or any other information at this stage enter YOUR information. You are just setting up your account so you can register for events.
SELECTIONS:
You will be prompted to choose a participant type (based on current grade):
Select as many as campers you are registering. (i.e. two kids in 3rd and 5th grade = 2 "General Day Camper" selections)
Select yourself as the Contact to receive all correspondence.
ATTENDEES:
Here is where you will select your CAMPER'S profiles. You can select an existing profile or create/add a new one at this point. Please select CURRENT 2022/23 grade level.
*Note, you will NOT be able to add new members to your household prior to registration. Don't worry it's as simple as adding a name and grade during registration.
ADD-ONS:
Select which weeks of camp you would like to register each camper for during this step. You may select as many as you wish.
You may also add on Camp Store Credit (will not be available for purchase after May 1st cash/credit only onsite) at this time.
REVIEW & PAY:
Review your selections and make a payment. You may choose to pay the deposits only ($79/week), the full balance, or make a custom payment.
Congrats you’ve successfully registered for Camp K 2023. You will see a confirmation screen as well as a notification of any required additional forms. You do NOT need to complete them for your registration to process. You can complete them now or wait until a later date.
ATTENDEE INFORMATION:
After reserving your camp week selections, you'll be asked to complete the camper information form. Please complete for each of your campers and hit "Submit" before closing out. We will be in contact if we are missing other information. There will be an additional Medical Form for you to complete for each camper. It will be sent in your registration email.
FORMS:
All forms must be completed at least two weeks out from your camp date. You can login or follow the link in your confirmation email to access required forms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation/change requests must be made emailed to campk@gpcga.org
At registration, all campers are charged a one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee (included in deposit) per week registered. This fee covers the registration processing and transaction fees and all administrative costs associated with registration. This is an assumed risk and will not be refunded for any reason.
Through March 31st, all cancellations are covered by the $25 registration fee.
Beginning April 1st, each registration cancellation will result in the complete loss of your deposit ($79). We will waive this fee if you transfer your camper's registration to another available week you were not previously registered for.
We will not be able to issue refunds or transfer registration to another week within two weeks of the scheduled camp date except in documented cases of camper illness, injury, or a death in the immediate family.
