Registration and Mornings (Monday: 5 total; Tuesday-Friday: 2 total)
All volunteers must arrive by 7:30am each morning to help set up the welcome table, check in list, and welcoming parents. When you arrive please check-in with the Lead Volunteer to get instructions. If you are helping with Monday Morning Registration you will help with camp shirts, setting up balloons, wearing crazy hats, being energetic, help with parking, and much more. This will be about a two hour time slot.
Lunch (Everyday, 11:30-1:00: 2 total)
This is an important volunteer position, because we would like to give our counselors a break during the lunch hour. We need 2-3 people everyday to assist the staff and supervise the campers during the lunch hour.
Swimming (Everyday: 3 total)
This is an important position to fill every day. The swimming volunteer will ensure kids follow all rules, to make sure all swimmers are safe, to help watch campers while counselors are changing in bathroom, arrive at the pool 15 minutes before groups come, and help clean up after campers have left. With many groups coming to swim at different times, we will let you know what exact time to arrive. It will be about two to three hours slot.
Sunday Set-up Crew (Sunday Before Camp)
The set up crew is responsible for assisting the counselors and staff with the set-up of Camp Activities the Sunday before Camp begins.
Friday Take-down Crew (Every Friday After Camp)
The take down crew is responsible for breaking down and storing all equipment in the correct spot, throwing away all trash and replacing new bags in bins. Please arrive around 4:30pm and this will be about an hour time slot.
Friday Assembly (Friday: 4 total)
Friday Assembly is another important event because this is our chance to have conversations with parents as they wait for their kids. These volunteers will help with welcoming parents, informing them about camp and church, direct traffic, be energetic, and checking out campers. Please arrive around 3:30pm to help set up. This will be about a two hour time slot.
